Student Welfare & Support

At Chaucer College, the welfare of our students is at the heart of everything we do. We provide a secure, supportive, and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and personally.

We take safeguarding seriously and comply fully with UK law and British Council standards. All students receive guidance on health, safety, and behaviour when they arrive.

Chaucer College has designated safeguarding leads (DSLs) who oversee all aspects of student welfare and are available to support any concerns. Our team is committed to creating a community where every student feels safe, valued, and confident to approach staff whenever they need help.
